Happy International Paella Day! Try Our Calorie-Friendly Recipe

March 27 is International Paella Day, and what better way to celebrate than by cooking up your very own!

Our Equalution Prawn & Chorizo Paella is a crowd favourite and it's calorie and macro-friendly.

Prawn & Chorizo Paella

Calories: 485 

Protein: 36g Carbs: 52g Fat: 13g Fibre: 2g

Ingredients:

120g Prawns (weighed raw) 
50g D’Orsogna 100% Natural Chorizo
50g Capsicum
20g Onion
50g Tomato
125g Uncle Ben’s Tomato & Basil Rice Pouch
150mL Campbell’s Salt Reduced Real Stock - Vegetable

Method:

1. Add chopped onion and cook slowly until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the stock along with the rice and bring to a boil. Return prawns and chorizo to the pan and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
3. Add tomato and capsicum to the pan and simmer until cooked.
4. Season with your choice of fresh herbs and enjoy warm.
