Weight loss with a family

For most of you looking to change your body and embark on a journey towards better health, self love and becoming your best self you’re either a parent, living with other family members or even friends, or are part of a family unit that socialises, wines and dines together. As a result the people in your life will either gravitate towards your journey and be a positive motive to stay on track or on the flip side they might be the devil's advocate and tempt you to crack!

How many times have you heard while dieting - ‘Aren’t you on a diet? Isn’t that unhealthy?’ ‘I thought you were supposed to be losing weight?’

It’s up to you to stick to your guns during this time and block the outside noise but why not also try and get your family in your corner too?

It’s important that those around you are highly supportive of your journey because if they’re not it will not only dampen your experience but also hinder your results. The dual benefit in getting your family involved in improving their health and wellness too is that you not only feel supported but their health will improve too.

So if you’re not currently an Equalutioner and enjoying the benefits of a family plan where we sync up your meal plans so you can be in this together, then we’ve got something for you too.
