Our team is looking to fuel some explosive growth by bringing on an empathic, customer experience driven, social media savvy do-all-er to assist with an increased volume of client inquiries via our e-commerce platform.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and nurturing strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion  
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills and prompt responsiveness
  • Competent navigating the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Mac software
  • Thorough understanding of social media landscape    

Desired not required

  • Experience in a prior customer service role
  • Interest in nutrition, health and fitness
