The Team & Role:

Equalution is rapidly emerging in the tech space with the introduction of the Equalution app. You’ll have the ability to be part of a talented and revolutionary team who contribute to a positive impact on the lives of our growing client base.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for proactively managing all end-to-end marketing objectives across the business. Critical to this role is a creative spirit, and appetite to work in an exciting and fast paced start-up environment. Also fundamental to the role is a passion for results-driven marketing and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in an ever-evolving health and wellness industry. We are looking for a superstar operator to join our sensational team. 

What you'll do:

  • Have a strong hand in planning and implementing B2C marketing activity
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to budget as per your plan
  • Champion brand guidelines and ensure all campaigns are aligned with our overall business and marketing objectives
  • Test, learn and implement campaigns and voice recommendations 
  • Help prepare ongoing (weekly and monthly) reports on all marketing activity
  • Build and execute all email marketing activity to audience segments – includes data management within an email marketing tool, plus bringing enthusiasm and inspiration to all comms produced. We’re looking to you to make your mark.
  • Plan and schedule content across our highly engaged social channels with your creative flair and customer insights.  
  • Work closely with key influencers and implement all PR activity in line with plans to rapidly increase brand awareness both locally and internationally
  • Be the custodian of imagery and marketing assets – responsible for briefing and inspiring our designer
  • Maintaining, distributing and uploading all marketing assets
  • Assist in managing external agencies when required
  • Monitor competitor activity and market presence
  • Manage affiliate marketing activity to drive website traffic and drive sales
  • Work with exciting 3rd party sites and resellers to get our message and products to a wider audience
  • Undertaking administrative duties as necessary

What we're looking for:

  • Great organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail is essential
  • Exceptional planning skills backed up by stellar implementation of activities
  • Effortless written and visual communication skills

  • Demonstrable experience in building and executing campaigns using email marketing and eCRM tools
  • Experience with CMS including copy writing and merchandising for website and marketing emails - we’re talking building class-leading landing pages and emails!
  • Managing multiple projects to tight deadlines will be a cinch for you, and you’ll be able to demonstrate this
  • Critical to the role will be a keen ability to integrate with other teams in the business, however, being self-motivated shouldn’t be a problem for you.
  • Ensure marketing messaging is consistent for our audience and drives business objectives of increasing traffic to site, educating and ultimately converting them into customers
  • Quick and resolute approach to getting under the skin of issues, we like problem-solvers!
  • Fired up by results and positive outcomes, fuelled by excellent analytical skills and success measures
  • Inspired by great ideas and loves translating them into pragmatic solutions
  • A passion for health and wellness trends

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree preferred in marketing, communications or other related subject
  • At least 1 year successful track record working in a relevant marketing and/or agency environment - we’re looking for someone fresh and inspired to do great things
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Passion for results is required to succeed in this role
