The Team & Role Equalution is rapidly emerging in the tech space with the introduction of the Equalution app. You’ll have the ability to be part of a talented and revolutionary team who contribute to a positive impact on the lives of our growing client base.

What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for managing a mix of managers, supervisors and permanent team members in the customer service, nutrition and marketing departments.
  • You are an experienced professional who will ensure that strategic and operational demands of Equalution are met. As Operations Manager you will work collaboratively to create an environment that strives for excellence and continuous improvement, helping to promote a workplace culture of high morale and performance.
  • You will manage all aspects of operations to ensure that all aspects of the company are operating efficiently, fulfilling KPIs and working to continue to grow the company. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Equalution strategies and projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or certificate in business or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Success in managing collaborative and motivated teams.
  • Demonstrated success in relation to career development.
  • Interest in nutrition, health and fitness
