After 15+ years in hospitality including owning and running multiple, thriving cafes, Greer decided to pursue a nutrition degree to deepen her understanding of the science behind food and nutrition, and to learn about the latest research and trends in the field.
By combining her experience in the hospitality industry with her newfound knowledge in nutrition, Greer brings a unique perspective to her creations, offering healthy, macro-friendly meals that are not only delicious but also easy to make.
When she is not in the kitchen she is at the Gym, competing in beach sprinting or dining out with friends and family.
