So, how can it help with your weight loss and muscle growth goals?

Let’s take a look.

The Benefits of Protein

If weight loss is the goal, the low fat-to-protein ratio in this recipe is worth celebrating.

Fat contains nine calories per gram, compared to carbohydrates and protein, which have just four.

Weight gain occurs when we consume more calories than we burn, which is why consuming a high-fat diet causes weight gain.

In other words, this low-fat, high-protein prawn pizza recipe is ideal for fat loss!

Protein is also extremely helpful for weight loss because it promotes satiety. When you consume a high-protein diet, you’ll stay fuller for longer and consume fewer calories as a result.

Finally, protein is also very beneficial for muscle growth. It’s the only macronutrient that contains all the amino acids required for building and repairing muscle tissue!

So, dishes high in protein, like this spicy prawn toast pizza, should be staples in your repertoire.
