  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Stop every 15 seconds and stir to avoid burning the chocolate.
  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa and rice bubbles to a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper. and squash into a cookie shape. Place in the fridge to set.
    NOTE – If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water
