  1. Combine mince, herbs, garlic, salt & pepper in a bowl. Roll into meatballs.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs on each side until golden. Add the passata and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas as per packet instructions. Top each tortilla with ricotta, rocket, meatballs, parmesan, chopped parsley and chilli flakes (optional).
