The Team & Role:

Equalution is rapidly emerging in the tech space with the introduction of the Equalution app. You’ll have the ability to be part of a talented and revolutionary team who contribute to a positive impact on the lives of our growing client base.

Our team is looking to fuel some explosive growth, drive engagement and generate content across all our digital and social platforms with the help of a Customer Support Coordinator. 

What you'll do:

  • Handle a large volume of incoming customer questions via the Equalution website, Facebook Messenger and Instagram 
  • Develop potential sales leads from those customer enquiries
  • You’ll be the first point of contact to offer accurate and appropriate advice to each customer based on their needs
  • Quickly be able to detect and analyse each customers needs in order to assist them with joining
  • Confidently and calmly handle all customer queries by empathising, providing solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle each customer query within accordance with of our communication policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Support the marketing team by pro-actively offering relevant promotional offers to customers to support new customer sign-ups

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum one year in a similar role providing customer service
  • Stellar spoken and written communication skills
  • The ability to adapt the service style to the different types of customer interactions
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritise the tasks at hand
